Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MorphTunnel. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use MorphTunnel and for following laws that apply to you. We do not promise that the service is legal, available, or suitable in every country, network, app store, or situation.

Acceptable use

Do not use MorphTunnel for spam, fraud, malware, credential theft, harassment, attacks on networks, resale farms, automated scraping at abusive scale, copyright infringement, or other activity that harms people, systems, or the service. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.

Passes and payment

MorphTunnel is sold as prepaid time passes, such as 1, 6, or 12 months, paid with cryptocurrency. Passes are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Access ends when the pass expires. Crypto transactions are generally irreversible, so refunds are discretionary and may be unavailable once a pass is activated or substantially used.

Devices and fair use

A license key may be installed on unlimited devices, with up to 5 simultaneous connections. Plans are marketed as unlimited data for normal personal use. We may apply fair-use controls, throttling, or abuse limits to protect network reliability and costs.

Service changes and availability

MorphTunnel depends on networks, app platforms, payment providers, cloud providers, relays, exit servers, and changing censorship conditions. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, any particular speed, region, IP address, route, relay, exit, platform, or feature.

Software and keys

You must keep your license key and device secure. Do not reverse engineer, tamper with, or use the client or service to bypass concurrency, fair-use, payment, security, or abuse-prevention controls except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to do so.

Changes

We may update these terms and the privacy policy as the product, infrastructure, payment flow, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
