Privacy policy

MorphTunnel is built to provide private, censorship-resistant connectivity without requiring an account. This policy explains what we collect, what we avoid collecting, and when we may share information.

No account required

MorphTunnel does not require a name, email address, phone number, or password. Access is tied to a random license key used by your devices. Keep that key private; anyone who has it may be able to use the remaining time on your pass.

Traffic privacy

We do not log the websites you visit, DNS questions, page contents, messages, files, or other payload content. Relays forward encrypted tunnel traffic and are not designed to decrypt user traffic; exit servers necessarily send traffic to the public Internet but are not used to build browsing histories.

Operational data

To run the service, we may process the license key, plan status, expiry time, active connection count, selected exit region, relay/exit health, error reports, abuse-prevention signals, and coarse usage counters needed for fair use and capacity planning. These records are tied to the license key and infrastructure, not to an account identity.

Payments

Payments are handled by third-party crypto payment providers such as NOWPayments. They may process wallet addresses, transaction IDs, amounts, currencies, network confirmations, invoice status, and compliance information under their own policies. We receive only the payment information needed to activate or troubleshoot a pass.

Support

If you contact support, we process the email address or chat identity you provide, ticket messages, diagnostic details you choose to send, and limited license metadata needed to verify your pass. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, full wallet credentials, or sensitive personal documents through support.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent user data. We share information only with service providers needed to operate MorphTunnel, to investigate abuse or security incidents, to process support requests and payments, or when legally required.

Retention and security

We keep operational, payment, and support records only as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with law, and maintain security. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no network service can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted privacy in every jurisdiction.
